PP Melt Blown Filter Cartridge (PP sediment)

PP melt blown filter cartridge is once formed by heat melting filum from pure polypropyene, which is suitable for pre-filtering the high-lustration liquid. It is usually used to security filter for ultra filtration membrane.

Characteristic:
-The filter cartridge is constructed by three layers of three of heat melting polypropylene. Compared to monolayer, the application life of PP melt blown filter cartridge with three layers is much longer. Therefore, the maintenance of the filtes can be cut down a lot.
-Using the right heating way for PP fibre, it can reduce the filtering resistance a lot and enlarge the water flow much.
-The uniform space of fibre can achieve an excellent filtering effect
-As the filter cartridge is only made from polypropylene, the resistance to chemical reagents for both organic solvent and inorganic solvent are all good

Application:
-Filtering for plating solution of electronic products, waste water, liquid medicine and pure water
-Pre-fitlering for various ultra filtration
-Filtering for medicament, impregnant and water treatment in chemical field
-Filtering during the production in brewage and drink fields
