Pre-Washing Machine

This machine for the PET bottles recycling, pre-washing the bottles before the crusher, get rid of most of the labels and caps, clean the surfact of the bottles, after the processing, it will greatly helpful for the crushing, extend the working time of blade and improve the capacity of crusher.

This machine has three functions:

Firstly, Peeling the 90% labels and 50% caps of the bottles by cold water,

Secondly, clean the bottles convenient for manual sorting.

Thirdly, it will be more efficient to increase capacity of the crusher.
