1. Main extruder has advantages of wide adjustment range, high precision, convenient operation and so on.

2. The tractor is specially designed by our company and adopts the lifting technology.

3. The vacuum calibration tank adopts special cooling system to ensure the sizing effect.

4. The moving speed of the cutter and tractor are synchronous and the speed is controlled by PLC computer.

5. According to different moulds, calibration tank of 4m, 6m, 8m and 11m can be choosen.

1.We supply all the necessary technical documents ,suchas lay-out drawings, Electrical diagram,   User Manual, will be in English.

 2.We will send our experienced workers and enigneer to cusomters for installing and adjusting all the machinery. Customer will par for the accommodation.

3.If possible , Customers will also send the wokers to us for learning how to conduct the machinery.

1.Mr.Bazargani from Iran, he bought one complete extrusion line to produce PVC Edge banding two months ago. the sheet width is 500mm, and then he will cut them into edge banding. and then print them. We have much cooperation in PVC edge banding field.
