Remark: Based on our experience,PVC edge banding can be extruded both by singe screw and twin screw extruder.If your capacity is big , then we suggest twin screw extruder, however, if you have no much experience , so we suggest you singe screw extruder.
Remark: This picture shows the running mould of edge banding extrusion, if you size is no big, so we suggest double-product for one mould,if the size is big.
Remark: This picture show the haul-off and primer roller, often we add back glue in this section. After this equipment,it's winder, two or three.
