Operation Principle
This machine adopts the design first in stick mark scalloped turned pole again by rubber wheel stick take a few glue and then to label transmission device in sticky get a tag,to vacuum suction paper roller position,by off label grasp take off label.At the same time will label switched to vacuum sheet transfer belt,use the vacuum suction,make tags adhere to the sheet transfer belt into the labeling area,make tags enclosed by chain coveyor esther in the bottle.So circulates movement,the complete machine production process.
Operation procedure:
(1)Using manual machine,again affirmatory roulette move and the adjustment of various spare parts in the correct position.
(2)Place glue and tag:put a label first label fan shape,after finishing in tags within the transmission device.
(3)System power on.
(4)Sure air pressure is normal or not.
(5)Press the vacuum switch.
(6)Will point start/continuous concersion switch twist to the piont start position in press host switch make glue adhesion fan-shaped turn stern.
(7)Will products(bottle)placed in a conveyor belt.
(8)Contact switches must and switch indicator lamp also bright.
(9)Wil piont start/continuous conversion switch twist to continuous position in press host switch began to work.
(10)Determine whether attached with a right,if not ideal may engage in trace adjustment.
(11)Check the bottle and tags into labeling place time is correct.
(12)Suction paper roller and fan-shaped turned pole in attached with a stick,whether have taken different sound.
