Reliability Test
Vibration Test:
Drop test:
After test product without package, no electrical function failure and construction damaged are allowed.
Test condition:
A．Height: far away from the steel plate for 1m.
B．Ground Material: thickness of the plate more than 14cm.
C．Direction: before and after, left, right, upper and lower.
D．Times: 1 time.
Product packaging bumpy test:
The finished product will be packaged under bump test bench, to 200 RPM speed 2 H testing, testing can be finished after the normal work of well-structured, non-shedding and destruction of parts.
Switch Test:
1. Switch million times (Turn on 30s & Turn off 30s), no electrical function and appearance failure are allowed.
2. High-temperature test (locate on 40°C environment, Turn on after 2hr), no electrical function and appearance failure are allowed.
3. Low-temperature test (locate on -10°C environment, Turn on after 2hr),no electrical function and appearance failure are allowed.
High/Low Voltage Test:
High and low voltage test (±10%) 24hr, no electrical function and appearance failure are allowed.
Usage and Storage Condition
Working temperature range: -10℃～+40℃
Storage temperature range: -20℃～+60℃
