Double Extruder ACP Line

Feature :

Normal acp product line , the core PE panels of acp forming by transport shelf to cooling before get ready for compound with both of aluminium sheet . but our existing line is compounding by heat resource of extruding the plastic with both of aluminium sheet . after producted acp strip-off is more strong than producted of normal acp product line;
2. easy operating . existing acp product line just set up on one control panel . and the operator just accords with required parameter to set up each control part is ok . needn\'t depend on the producted situation and adjustment any part . it is more easy for operating .
3. High goods percentage . depend on experience , the new acp product line could get 98% goods producted . it is get more 1%-1.5% goods percentage comparing previous acp product line .
4. low malfunction . we are processed all of electric parts by international brand . such as ABB , Siemens , Moeller, Schneider and so on . all of mechanical parts , it is processed by ourselives . they were approved in internal of our factory procedure to procedure . we are guaranteed quality !
