- This recycling line include belt conveyor, label remover, sorting table, crusher, hot washer, floating washer, dewater machine, hopper...
- Label remover: compressed bottle efficiency is around 95%, uncompressed bottle efficiency is around 98%.
- Crusher: low power consumption, high efficiency. The hopper open adopt electricity control. Iron plate after three times quenching process, no crack, impact resistance.
- Hot washer heating method: electricity heating, oil heating or gas heating.
- Floating washer: PE/PP materal will be discharge from different mouth.
- Dewater machine: final moisture is around 1.6-1.8%.
