Zhangjiagang Guangda Machinery Forging Co.,LTD is an integrated private enterprise with smelting, fast forging, machining and product development, founded in 2003.We have over 300 employees. Our company covers an area of 300 acres and we have modern workshop of 110,000 ㎡.
We have got many honorary titles for consecutive years,such as AAA credit rating company,100 outstanding private enterprises in Suzhou,Jiangsu High-tech standardization pilot units and so on.
Our products include alloy steel ingots, top grades medium and large steel-casting, nuclear and turbine rotors, gear steel and gar forgings for high speed trains and track locomotives, wind power spindel, wind gear, modules, steel and forgings for large scal coal machinery and cement machinery, various marine forgings and forgings for pressure vessels.
We have a energy efficient short process production line, which includes smelting to fast forging. Yearly smelting capacity is 300,000 Tons, yearly capacity of ingot is 220,000 Tons, and yearly capacity of casting is 50,000 Tons. Yearly capacity of variety of forging is 170,000 Tons.
The main equipments of our factory are 60T Electric arc furnace, 80T LF ladle refining furnace, VD/VOD Vacuum degassing furnace, 50-250T VC Pouring System and large scale Press and their spport equipments such as Heat Treatment Equipment and Machining Equipment.
