Two stage plastic extruder machine is used for recycling plastic to granules.

This QL series plastic Pelletizing machines are mainly applied to force feed plastic films into the Extruder for pelletizing.
 
This type pelletizing line has special screw design, effective degassing and filter (Hydraulic screen changer) system, with high output and long service life.
  
Machines are automatic, ususally only 2 workers for operating the whole pelletizing production line, one worker for controlling the Electric control panel, one for observing feeding materials and changing Hydraulic Screen Changer.
 
Application Raw Materials: PE, PP, BOPP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE films
Material shapes: crushed films, agglomerated films, etc
