DESCRIPTION:
The unit adopts special-designed sjsz80 conical twin-screw extruder, it adopts the frequency changer or the silicon-controlled rectifier directcrrent velocity modulation. The temperature control meter adopts the import or the joint calital product. It has the advantages of wide adjustment range,high precision, convenient operation and so on.The auxiliary parts is composed of vacuum calibration table, haul-off , cutter and stacker. The unit adopts large cooling device to ensure the shaping result of door plate. The haul-off adopts excellent quality reducer ,motor and frequency converter. It has reasonable structure, large hauling force, steady hauling, etc. The cutter has the advantages of reliable and correct work, high precision of cutting, etc. The stacker has a movable buggy and special rubber protection layer. It has the advantages of no-wearing,simple use,etc. The auxiliary parts adopt rogrammable controller or control system made in China. The control of the whole machine is reliable and steady.
