Introduction
The fabric core (Nylon, Polyester canvas) and steel core conveyor belt are the main structure of resistant shock and tear net conveyor belt。
Fabric core conveyor belt is made of fabric canvas and finished through the processes of firming, calendaring and vulcanizing and so on. It will be covered with special rubber covers on the surface and placed by the crosswise-strengthen and resistant shock and tear in the middle of the top and bottom.
Steel core conveyor belt is made of strength steel cord and finished through the processes of firming, calendaring and vulcanizing and so on. The cores of strength steel cords are arranged lengthways with the special intervals. It will be covered with strength core rubber and corrosion resistant on the surface and placed by the longitudinal- strengthen and resistant shock and tear in the middle of the top and bottom. Resistant shock and tear strength is satisfied with the value HG/T36461999.
