The structure of resistant shock and tear net conveyor belt have two types of fabric core conveyor belt(Nylon canvas,EPcanvas) and steel cord conveyor belts.
Fabric conveyor belt is made of fabric canvas and finished through the process of dipping molding,calendaring and vulcanizing etc.It will be covered wit special rubber covers on the surface and placed by the crosswise-strengthen and resistant shock and tear in the middle of fabric and rubber.
Steel cord conveyor belt is made of strength steel cord and finished through the processes of firming,calendaring and vulcanizing etc.The cores of strength steel cords are arranged lengthways with the special intervals..It will be covered with strength core rubber and corrosion resistant on the surface and placed by the longitudinal-strengthen and resistant shock and tear in the middle of the top and bottom.

1. Storage
(1)、 The belts in transportation and storing,should maintain cleanly avoids the sunlight perpendicular incidence or the sleet soaks drenches,prevented from the acid,the alkali,the oilclass,material contact and so on organic solvent,and outside the heating divce one meter .
(2)When storing the warehouse inner Tibet storehouse temperature suitably maintains between-18~40℃,the relatively humidity suitably maintains between 50%-80%.

(1)The different type,the specification,the layer conveyor belt does not allowed to meet together to be used,its joint best uses rubber connection.l
