Detail Description
Wellyoung perlite fireproof door core is consisted of expanded perlite and inorganic glue, and has been tested as non-combustible material(A1 grade) and non-toxic material(AQ1 grade) in accordance with GB 8624-2006 and GB/T 20285-2006 seperately.

Characteristcs
strong adhesive force, fast solidifying under cold pressing, high strength, low thermal conductivity, moderate bulk weight, good hydrophobic performance, acid and alkali resistance, heat insulation, flame retarding and discharging no toxic gas after burned under high temperature (in compliance with Standard GB/T20285-2006).
Structure
It is usually used as door core in steel fireproof door and wooden fireproof door.
Method:Put door board on the both sides of perlite fire door panel directly with glue.
