1 Fireproof

 Wellyoung Mgo fireproof insulation boards were tested by the testing center. 

1. 3mm mgo fireproof insulation boards can reach nonflammable  level A (GB8624), fireproof function can stand up to 1200 centigrade.
2. Resistant to combustion at 800 centigrade and remains flameless at 1,200 centigrade. Fire endurance limit is more than 4 hours. 

2 Moisture-Resistance

1. Wellyoung Mgo fireproof insulation boards is excellent in moisture-resistance. No deformation after being soaked in water for one month. 
2. Dry bending strength is 18Mpa. Bending strength under absorbed moisture is 22Mpa.

3 Heat Insulation

Wellyoung  Mgo fireproof insulation boards have heat prevention material incorporated, it has great feature of heat prevention. Thermal resistance is 1.14m2k/w.

4 Sound Insulation

Wellyoung  Mgo fireproof insulation board is proved to have good noise insulation property,The noise insulation factor of the wall can reach 44dB and 47dB. It has the best noise insulation constitution in China, especially the 95mm wall comprised by the 10mm board.

5 Bend strength and inpact resistant

Its bending strength and impact resistance is excellent. Also, it will maintain its\' quality during construction. 6mm mgo boards are equal to 9-12mm gypsum boards

magnesium oxide, magnesium chloride, fiberglass mesh, perlite, saw dust, etc

Package:

In bulk / In wooden pallet

with wooden pallets or without pallets ( in bulk )
*wooden pallets can protect fireproof insulation boards and keep stable in the container
*without pallets can load more fireproof insulation boards to reduce the cost in the same container
