Magnisum Oxide Board is a technologically advanced materials that offers supereior comprehensive performance in every catalogue when compared to traditional materials:wood,gypsum and cement based products.Magnisum Oxide Board is virtuallly impervious to fire,water,insects,does not feed mold or mildew;is non-toxic,non-flammable and non-combustible;is durable,maintanins its dimensional stability even when wet,and has expectional bonding surface.

Composition
Magnisum oxide board is made of fireproof materials:magnisum oxide,magnisum chloride,fiberglass mesh,nonwoven farbic,perlite,saw dust,etc.

Thickness:3-20mm.

Features
1 Fire prevention

Measured by national authoritative organization,wellyoung board is the A-degree  not burning material and has good performance on fireproof.It can effectively stop the burning and spreading of the fire,and prevent temperature rising.The wall and steel construction which are comprised by  this material,its fire-resistant limit is far higher than the nationall  standad.

2 Damp proof

Through being proved,Wellyoung board still keeps intact after being soaked in water for one month,without swelling and deforming.The rate of deformation in the condition of wet or dry is 0.26%,and water-absorbing rate is about 15%.Especially,the intensity of bresking in the condiition of dry is 18Mpa,and 22Mpa in the condition of picking up mositure,which means the intensity is higher when in wet.

3 Sound insulation 

The effect of sound insulation factor of the wall can reach 44dB and 47dB,especially the  95mm wall is comprised by four 12mm thickness gypsum boards .

4 Heat Insulation
 

Wellyoung magnesium oxide sheet in other fireproofing materials has heat prevention material incorporated, it has great feature of heat prevention. Thermal resistance is 1.14m2k/w.

5 Bump-resistance and light

Wellyoung  fire board in other fireproofing materials is a light board. Its density is less than 1.0×1.03kg/m3. At the same time its bending strength and impact resistance is excellent. Also, it will maintain its\' quality during construction. It is light, t can save time, space, weight and expense. It is a new and high efficient wall.
